Prevention is our goal and we should be aware that there are people in pain and torment. If you are one of those people you need to seek help for your condition. There are understanding professionals who will help you to deal with the pain you are feeling. Love, kindness, and understanding is there for the taking. Let us reflect on the thoughts of another and wish them eternal peace. Our objective is to have people realize that people need to be taken seriously when they talk of suicide and encourage those in distress to seek help.
