Do you want to improve your relationships?

Often when we were children, we were taught not to think of something to say, but simply to accept whatever we are being told. In school and in family, adults educate us to not do this and not do that; they give us instructions about the "good manners" and things like that, but in most cases, they didn't teach us in detail how to create good and long-lasting relationships with our counterparts. Growing up, we get used to rebelling, to threatening others, or we started shutting ourselves in. In brief, we do not have a knowledge about building and living honest, fertile, and authentic relationships in our social life, in business, with our boss, employees, clients, and with our family. We need tools that allow our relationships to bloom with harmony, collaboration, understanding, and empathy.

The good news is that there are simple skills we can learn that can change our difficult relationships in a positive way and at the same time can help us build new, thriving connections.

If it is true that we are "social animals", learning the skills that give us the opportunity to improve our social life is fundamental.

Essential topics we'll debate:

  • What exactly social skills are
  • How to influence and inspire others
  • How you can improve upon your social skills
  • Active listening and use of compassion
  • Changing your attitude to be more positive
  • Learning how to communicate effectively
  • Proper techniques to resolve conflict
  • View the world from someone else’s point of view
  • And much more
