She’s really tough on Owen who is very protective of her. I really like him a lot. He’s flawed and arrogant but trying to be better FOR the FMC. The FMC is stronger than she knows but still needs to lean on Owen. They’re really fire together. I highly recommend this.

Owen, a billionaire CEO and Megan's past love rescues her from being further abused. Owen feels regret for the way he left Megan 10 years prior dumping her at a graduation party. He endeavors to make her life better by offering her a job as his personal assistant. This is a wonderful read as these two characters overcome challenges and reconnect after a decade.
