Captivating story

I was assigned this book for a class and I loved listening to Shannon narrate his story and the connections he made to different biblical passages and how they can parallel the queer and trans experience. Shannon knows what he is talking about and it is amazing to hear his perspective on the Christian faith as a trans man who is still part of the faith

Poignant Story

It was humbling to read Shannon’s story and hear the vulnerability he shares with his readers. This is an important story that everyone should hear. This story is well written and lends itself to the audio format, As a listener, I was drawn into Shannon’s life and found myself pulling for him at every turn. What a hard story to share. I’m grateful for this book.
