Although a lot of this is stuff I already apply to my service, it was a nice refresher, and great for someone new to the industry. Definitely a must read for any server to stay on their game.

As someone who has served 20 plus years, I enjoyed this very much because it hits home on so many levels. I don't agree with everything. However, I can appreciate his perspective and for the most part, he's on point. I'm looking forward to applying these ideas and sharing them with my coworkers. There's no reason we shouldn't be amazing at what we do and successful, especially when there are books out there that give us encouragement and ideas that we can apply. Great read!
