Wow! Lots of great insight!

In the beginning, there were sections where I wondered why he was sharing such information, but as the book progressed, I could see how it all fit together. This book contains many, many great resources for being an inspirational, and highly effective coach. I plan to buy the paper copy so that I can highlight and take notes next time.
