However, just as she begins to come to terms with her roots, Lizzie is horrified to discover the danger she ran from is closer than ever. No longer sure who to trust and fearful for her life and the lives of those around her, Lizzie finds she has only one place left to run - to the Father whose love is inescapable.

Agonizing narration

What did you like best about Inescapable? What did you like least?

Great story, but the whining voices of the narration were painfully awful. In particular, the child, who never spoke in a normal tone of voice, but most character's voices were loud and whiney. Unfortunately, even though I'd love to 'read' Book 2, I will not purchase it if this same narrator is reading the story. I thought perhaps it was just me and so passed it on without comment -alas they found the same thing.

Amazing

Really well developed characters, LOTS of plot twists, Performance was best I have come across so far! Very well done!

Well written Emotions

The author did a great job describing the main characters emotions and explains her reservations and doubts. I also love that the author showed that we can't allow family to keep verbally and mentally harming us but doesn't mean we don't love and pray for them from afar. Narrator did a GREAT job on the little girls voice but made some of the older characters sound like they had Chinese accents. Good book!
