i loved this book, it’s so informative and makes it easy to understand with lots of exercises. i also love the voice of the girl reading it. it’s very comforting and calming. i’m going to find some more of her books right now! i don’t know if ive ever made it thru a whole audiobook but i got thru this one within a week! thanks for this amazing book!
