Growing up in the 1990s, twin brothers Nick and Simon are inseparable. They’ll do anything for each other. As Simon puts it, they are ‘one split in two’. Over a number of years, the boys and their family are thrown into emotional and financial chaos – until the terrible day when Nick pays the ultimate price for his addiction.

Frustrating

ZERO sympathy for the mom. ZERO ZERO ZERO! I've never encountered a more wretched character. I only continued listening to the end to see who or how many would bite it.

I felt like I was on a roller coaster of Addiction

The best part was the end hearing the real voices and conversation with 2 of the authors!sad, intoxicating, depressing, but hope and success were achieved.

Honest Truth

Thank you for putting your journey to pen and paper. It's hard reality, but more common than society wants to admit. This shares the pain of all those in and around addiction & yet gives hope. There is always hope.

Heartbreaking & Life-Affirming

Very well done! Poignant, heartbreaking and life affirming all at once! The interview at the end was very meaningful as well. If anyone in your family has addiction issues (as mine does) it is a very realistic view of how it affects the entire family, not just the user...
