I loved this Memoir

I don't usually write huge reviews but compelled to tell someone how I feel about this book. Many people are down on Demi for sharing her truth, claiming it is only out of her misery or jealousy but I have to disagree... also, how many autobiographies are out there.... Demi, You may be a successful sober millionaire actress who has accomplished more than I could ever have but I relate to you, on SO many Levels!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for sharing this inspiring story... It has really shed light on my own mother and our relationship and the many issues I have had in my own life. I have cried, smiled and felt a deep sense of connection through your words. I loved the book! Would have loved for it to last longer.

Engaging...

Moore is a first rate narrator. She was excellent. I hope she narrates many more books in the future.

The book was a look at herself and her struggles. Growing up and her adult like. I really enjoyed all of it. My only wish is that I could have had more time with her and her stories. I'm sure much was left out.

I too struggled with relapse after 20 years clean and sober. Though Demi is rich and successful, and I am a semi poor single mom, her poignant honesty allowed me to relate on so many levels. I am glad she is doing well and is recovering. We are all always recovering, never cured. I highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing story!

I was on my seat with every word she spoke. It was so incredible how she ended up with the power of being so alone but finding out it’s ok. I could relate and it was to be afraid to be alone sometimes because it helped her find out who shew really was. Great story. Good job Demi
