Mary L. Gordon has always loved rhyme, and frequently, as she writes, God inspires her writing to become rhythmic and full of rhyming lines. Inevitably, she is always elated when this happens. Finally, after much urging from her friends, she gathered these poems into this delightful book.
Mrs. Gordon has found that whenever she begins to write praise, prayers, or Scriptural notes, God always “slides in.” As she’s contemplating and writing, she suddenly notices an eloquence that she did not preconceive. She has recognized this as Holy Spirit inspiration.
