Intermittent Fasting has the best tasting, healthy recipes. Every single recipe I've tried from this audio book is a winner. When I heat up leftovers at the office, coworkers swarm me - asking what smells so good. Authors recipes have introduced me to new, inexpensive ingredients that add lots of flavor. Well i like it!
