This book is exactly what I needed to help me lose my belly fat. I didn’t realize what the body does to repair itself after fasting for so many hours. This book goes through the different steps and explains how the blood sugar levels and fat storage regulate, amongst many other benefits. The book goes over healthy ways of fasting and how to break a fast. I didn’t realize there were certain foods that were better for breaking a fast. This book is full of great tips on how to fast the correct and safe way. There are many different ways to fast and this book is good at explaining the different methods and what will be best for you. I can’t wait to give this a try to see if I can finally lose this stubborn belly.
