Great foundational manual for threat assessment.

This booklet is a foundational guide for Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management for anyone working in the BTAM field.

Archaic Views

Do you live in an urban community and wonder why law enforcement doesn’t understand crime? Read this book and you’ll find out. The chapters on terrorism are informative. Given the information about terrorism, it seems reasonable to expect they could come to the same conclusions about urban violence. People are “radicalized” by violence. Violence that is normalized and socially reinforced by community members, often times those in authority. The authors conclusions on sexual violence are wrong. The authors view is from an experience never having lived behind the communities where these things are prevalent, normalized, and monetized by millionaires and billionaires.
