She left her cat

I really wish there was a trigger warning for pet abuse in these stories. I understand getting your children out 100%. I also know that scooping up a cat and taking her with you might be a little harder, but leaving a pet with an abuser, I just won’t ever understand. I’m glad she got her cat eventually. She has many good insights and I appreciate her book for the wisdom it imparts. That and ALWAYS make arrangements for the safety of your pets
