Completed in 1958, Tokyo Tower is a multi-purpose broadcasting tower. 東京タワーは1958年に開業した総合電波塔で、日本人にもほとんど知られていませんが、正式名称は日本電波塔です。
高さは333ｍで、日本では東京スカイツリーに次いで2番めに高い建造物となっています。
150ｍ地点に大展望台、250ｍ地点に特別展望台があります。
夜間はライトアップされ、美しい姿が夜空に幻想的に浮かび上がります。
東京タワーの足元に広がる「フットタウン」にはカフェやレストランのほか、水族館や日本のマンガ『ONE PIECE』のテーマパークなどのアミューズメント施設があります。
