I've listened to this multiple times and it is one of the most informative on intuition so far. The way she explains it is simple and makes it easy to learn about it. I will buy any other books she writes on the topic.

Instructions given are very clear and easy to follow. Information is very realistic in examples given is very easy to follow and apply it.

Foundation to spiritual tools

I have been working with a mentor to learn foundational spiritual tools in this book and I wish I had read this first. I learned the free tools (meditations) Dr. Lesley provides but for hundreds of dollars. This book is easy to understand the concepts of energy and chakras. I love that she connects the Clair-gifts to specific chakra centers, as this has never been revealed in other books I have read. Don’t approach this book as trying it once and getting results. I have been using the meditations daily and it feels different each day. Some days are harder to do them than others. It’s been a couple of months and I feel more in my energy than ever. Even if my gifts never open I feel better mentally and emotionally than I have in my life. Stay consistent! Happy spiritual awakening!
