I ate intuitively my entire life and was always small. Once I started the diet roller coaster things quickly became unmanageable. My weight was never a problem when I ate what I wanted when I wanted. With today's constant barrage of information on what food is in at the moment everyone could benefit from this audiobook.

I am actually still reading it. It almost feels like it was written for me! I have a notebook and I am doing every question/exercise. I have read several other audiobook on emotional eating, but this one has been very helpful.

This is definitely not a diet audiobook! Having been a long time follower of James and his JSA, I can categorically say this audiobook is everything and more than what I expected. Couldn’t put it down and I only got it this morning!!
