The second novel in Cherryh’s Foreigner series is the perfect follow up to the first novel. It’s fast paced, exciting and the conflict of all involved is at times amazingly complex. But in the best way possible.

The characters and the entire situation being between two completely different peoples!

As i said before the narration was excellent!!!!!
The main thing is it's not a sequel, The bok is continuation of story line.
If you listen the books in sequence you won't even understand , where the first book ends and the second one begins.
And it is getting much more interesting!!!!

Second book IS BETTER !!! :-)

Humans are in the minority on the world of the Atevi, who are head and shoulders taller than humans. Not only that, sanctioned murder is allowed! Excellent story, read by a master of multiple voices.
