An extraordinary book, full of wisdom, love, and insight

I was deeply moved by this book and I’m sure that it is one that I will go back and reread many times. Suzanne’s honesty at her experiences in early life and the way that she has transformed herself touched me profoundly. It was also very interesting to read of her journey through different modalities to her discovery of polarity therapy and the great wisdom Incorporated within that unique system of healing. I particularly liked the emphasis that she put on the aspect of healing which encompasses the idea that all suffering comes because we are disconnected from our spiritual source. It’s a wonderful book and I feel confident that many people will benefit by reading and by becoming familiar with the ideas that she has so clearly described.

Suzanne doesn’t lecture; she walks with you, gently taking your hand while sharing her own journey, and at the same time encouraging you to discover your own path. It’s an honest, heartfelt, and deeply meaningful book. And I have to say—because she’s my wife—I’ve seen firsthand the love, effort, and courage she poured into every page.
