Very insightful!

I really enjoyed this audiobook and found it empowering and motivating.
The author uses a lot of great metaphors that help change your mindset and great tips like changing "have to" to "want to" for example. She gives some "homework" assignments to help you hone in on the things you want to prioritize in life.
I'll recommend this audiobook to my friends!
