It’s Not Mental Health—It’s Heart Health

“When the Heart Aligns, the Mind Follows”

We live in a world that tells us to fix our thoughts, retrain our brains, and manage our “mental health.” But what if we’ve been starting in the wrong place?

This book invites you to shift your focus from the mind to the heart—the true center of alignment, peace, and purpose.

Inside you’ll discover:

  • Why the heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart.

  • How your gut, heart, and mind form a powerful flow of inner guidance.

  • The role of love, truth, and gratitude in raising your vibration.

  • Why protecting your peace is an act of love, not rejection.

  • How to recognize when distance and boundaries are necessary for alignment.

  • The frequency of the heart and how to tune it daily through stillness, gratitude, and sincerity.

  • Inspiring stories that show how heart alignment transforms real lives.

This is not a book about managing symptoms. It’s a guide to living from the root of health: the heart. When your heart aligns, your mind naturally follows. When you protect your peace, you reclaim your power.

You are not broken. You are being called back to the wisdom of your own heart.

It’s not mental health. It’s heart health. And the journey begins within.

I now understand where the phrase “at the heart of everything” comes from. It truly is the source of any unhappiness or dis-ease we can experience. This book is very helpful in redirecting our focus from external things and how they affect our mind to where the deeper work is done- at the heart. I really enjoyed the breakdown and journaling exercises to gently remind and guide us back to the center of everything. The sooner we can all remember to do this, the sooner we’ll experience the peace, love, and joy we all yearn for in our lives.

A Great Reminder To Direct Our Focus To What Drives Everything; The Heart
