I feel like I have a better sense of how to budget/evaluate my finances

It became clear very early on that I am not the target audience (I’m in my mid-30’s- it’s never too early to start planning for retirement!), but I still found some of the information helpful and his presentation style is engaging, informative, clear, and occasionally funny. Definitely worth a listen

Good refresher or kick in the...

This audible covers a wealth of areas to consider for retirement planning. Some I formation seemed rather common, but it did provide some unknown information. most topics were not in depth, as could be expected. I do wish there was more insight into Medicare

Simple yet complete

The author read his excellent book about the financial complications of a retired life and how to prepare for them. I hope he’s written more.

Fine I guess

I'm not really the target audience, because I have saved enough for retirement but I'm always interested in learning something new and possibly doing better. If you know nothing this is a decent start. However I would recommend finding a good saving for retirement podcast. Although you do have to be careful and avoid the ones that are trying to sell you something, but there are a lot out there that do a good job at explaining things like how bonds work.
