This is a good Mail Order Bride and Christian Historical Romance.
Both, The story and characters are well written.
I do not want to give too much away accept to say that I enjoyed the book.
Barbara Nevins Taylor did well with the narration.

I’m not particularly fond of the narration. Several sentences seemed to pause during the sentence like she thought it was complete, and then she’d finish. Also she chose almost yelling voices for a few characters.
I enjoyed the story though. The main issue the couple worked to conquer didn’t seem as big of a deal as the author made it out to be in my opinion but I still enjoyed it.
