Immediately hooked and drawn in

This book is a charming, engaging tale for children and for adventure lovers of all ages. its giving Narnia meets Indiana Jones vibes and I absolutely love that. Jalina and her brother are instantly likable, despite their privileged beginnings. The magic is never heavy handed, rather it is sprinkled throughout to help develop the plot. Amanda Woldt does an incredible job eoth the voices and inflection, and her accents are believable and endearing. I can’t wait for the rest in this series!

Fun listen

Great for decompressing. The narrator is good in the production was good. She also showed she could come up with some interesting voices along the way. The only thing I didn’t like about it was I was just getting into the story and just getting excited about hearing what happened next and it was over so it’ll be interesting to hear the next in the series which has not yet been recorded as I was listening to this .
