Still reeling from a hair-raising case in New York City, private investigator Jamaica Biltmore and his team decide to take a simple missing person case in Florida, where Joe has gone to college. He hopes it will be a chance to slow down and relocate to be closer to his son and longtime friend. The President of Joe’s college wants to hire JB to search for the missing millions the college received for playing in a college football bowl game and to find a missing college professor who might be tied up in the missing funds. When his client meets with an untimely, gruesome end, he believes the case is closed. That is until he spots the 'missing person' on his son's college campus. There is more to this case and this campus than meets the eye. Jamaica and Joe are assisted by their NY cohorts, Special Agent Julie Waters, NYPD Captain Caruso, and Phillip Meli. They have joined Jamaica in skirting around the FBI, a federal Marshall, and possibly some rogue CIA agents to trace the missing money. He is confident they will be able to solve the case as long as they can stay alive long enough!
