The voice is clearly AI. The pronunciation is horrible. I understand mispronouncing certain Japanese names and words, but completely butchering basic English words is quite obnoxious to listen to.

Great information, but the AI voice over is miserable on the ears.

I enjoyed short chapters and overall information about different areas. Itineraries were very helpful.
