Entertaining

Jessica’s King by Clarice Jayne is an amazing investigator romance. C. C. Kline did an excellent job with the narration. The story is entertaining, romantic, suspenseful, interesting, funny and more. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Great story

the story was very interesting and had you guessing the whole time. The narrator was quite enjoyable.

Mason King runs his own investigation company, but after catching his fiancée cheating, he’s sworn off romance until Jessica walks in. She owns the local coffee shop, and lately, strange things have been happening around her flat. When she turns to Mason for help, sparks fly and danger brews.

Clarice Jayne blends romantic suspense with investigator grit and cozy charm, crafting a story that’s equal parts heart-pounding and heartwarming. CC Kline’s narration is, as always, phenomenal bringing depth, tension, and tenderness to every scene. Huge thanks to CC Kline for the review copy!

This was super creepy and scary as heck! I just pictured myself in Jess's place, and I would have totally freaked out full scale. This definitely fell like a stalker with the ability to move freely about her flat and torture her mentally. Right there the bile is at the back of my throat. Too many strange things going on too. This is a highly suspenseful listen plus a budding romance!! Psychos and romance, what more could a person want? The teaser for the next book sounds intriguing. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narration was great and brought the story and characters to life.
