What does the Bible say is the last enemy to be conquered by Jesus? Death is the last enemy to be conquered (1 Corinthians 15:26).
Eventually, we all see the death of family and friends. There is always the sadness of separation. How do you feel when your mother or father dies? How do you feel when a brother or sister dies or a close friend? How do you feel when a spouse that you have lived with all your life dies, and you are suddenly alone? You may have lived with that spouse for thirty, forty, or even fifty years.
What runs through your mind while sitting at the funeral? If you have had several family members die, you may be wondering who is next. Where did they go? Is this life on Earth all there is? After our physical body dies, do we have a soul and spirit that lives on?
