This was a great book and what a needed to hear while taking a jump

Good

I would reccomend this book. I think it would be a nice one for a college student, or someone just starting their self-help journey. I found it more approachable than some of the more serious books on the topic of business management and self-help. She introduces many concepts that are heard in many other books, but in a light way that makes the content very easy to understand. I was able to put this book away while grocery shopping and doing some food prep, so a real easy listen. Nice.
