A comet is on a path to collide with a distant planet. The planet, Juracus, is located in the habitable zone of a yellow dwarf star system. Juracus has two isolated land masses surrounded by a vast ocean. The large land mass is dominated by an intelligent and aggressive reptilian species. On the smaller land mass, an intelligent humanoid species is rapidly evolving. The comet strikes the planet’s ocean causing cataclysmic change for both species. Twenty-five thousand years later the two species are on a collision course.
