Uplifting, Festive, and Sweet!

This was such an enjoyable listen, perfect for the holidays! If you’re looking for an uplifting mood boost, this rom-com is definitely for you. Plus, who doesn’t love a story set in Paris?

This audiobook is one I’d listen to year after year, just like one of my favorite holiday movies. The narrator did a terrific job, truly immersing me in the story. Luca and Jemma were fantastic characters, and Gretchen was the perfect best friend. I adored her optimism!

This story was just what I needed this season!
Highly, highly recommend!

Fate has a hand

I loved this romantic love story set at Christmas in Paris, France. Jemma just got layed off. What follows next is a sweet love story with a happy ever after ending. If you love romantic love stories that will have you falling in love with the characters and happy endings this is the book for you. The story drew me in and did not let go until the last second. I loved how the author had the story flow with a few surprises thrown in.

A Sweet Holiday Love Story

This was an enjoyable, semi-quick listen—a swoon-worthy Christmas romance set in Paris with a lovely HEA. The narration by Reyna St. James was well done.

Kismet Christmas In Paris

Jemma and Luca's story is the ultimate short 4 hour Christmas listen.

The holidays aren't always a happy time, but with the right person they can be magical.

There is nothing like losing your job to make you really reevaluate the path your life has taken. Faced with regret for letting her job take over her life for the past 4 years, Jemma, with encouragement from her best friend, takes the trip of her dreams to Paris.

With the help of an impish elf, a not so merry mix up in the airport has her falling headlong into an unpleasant Frenchman, Luca. This is only the beginning of calamities Jemma faces on her trip.

Once in Paris, it's beginning to look like she made the wrong decision to come until Luca steps in to becoming an unwitting knight in shining armor.

What happens will make you believe in Fate's guiding hand with a bit of holiday magic thrown in for good measure. There are enough surprising twists and turns to keep you listening for what is going to happen next.

I recommend this audio book as a feel good foreign holiday experience.

Perfect winter romance

This novella was perfectly set for a beautifully written sweet and spicy closed door winter romance novella. I dove in and didn’t want to stop reading. The “Emily in Paris” reference was on the nose and it was so fitting - the lights turning on in one scene on the Eiffel Tower was so on point with the times. I can’t tell you how viral those lights are and how quintessentially placed the setting of Paris was! I loved the audiobook narrator as well.

Jamie Lee Fry slayed with this novella. I fell in love with the FMC and MMC and loved the chemistry that was developed between them. It was natural and made you root for the coupling to happen! I liked how elegantly it was written but it absolutely read like a novella I would read. Perfect holiday vibes.
