Falling fast…must be the age gap

I really enjoyed this book. Im not usually a huge fan of age gap books, but it was only 12 years, and Nikki is pretty mature for her age. As a model, she stated living life young. She certainly didn’t have a hard life as the daughter of a US senator, at least in the public eye. But at home, she was only a prop for her father’s political ambitions. Her lifestyle lead to jealousy among her peers, until it finally reached a tipping point.
Asher Dare is the best friend of Nikki’s older brother, Derek. Derek called in a favor and asked if Nikki could “hide out” on Asher’s private island until things in Nikki’s life settled down. And although Nikki and Asher knew each other, they hadn’t been close or even really friends. That certainly changed quickly.
As for the narration, Jason Clarke is amazing with all his emoting and different character voices. Samantha Cook is okay, but her different character voices could use some work, especially the male voices.

I really love this series. the next one comes out in 3 days. I can't wait!

FOOD FOR THOUGHT....

But wouldn't it be nice if just one there was a series that were middle-class average people that made these love connections? People that are not rags to riches just real life.

Great story line and Characters. Love the Kingston and Dare family. Love Carly Phillips and can’t wait to read more

Age difference.

Just like Asher,I had trouble with the age difference. But the character development was great and by the end I accepted that it was a good match.
