The only problem is, Luke has baggage from a lousy marriage and isn't ready for a relationship.

He desperately tries to keep Taylin in the "friend zone", but it doesn't take long for him to realize that will never work. Just when he and Taylin decide love is worth the risk, Luke's past presents an unexpected challenge, leaving both of them to wonder if their love will be enough.

Luke is a Dud

Over and over again I was cheering for the female lead to leave Luke. The storyline is quite frustrating. Who doesn’t phone a lawyer as soon as your ex shows up with a baby? Who doesn’t phone one immediately when the paternity test is positive? Who says they want to marry someone and then demonstrate over and over that that person is below the ex in priority. Ugh. The only reason I listened to it is for further info on Addy, Chase, and the others.

Beautiful romance

I love the storyline and the characters. It was a beautiful romance. I loved that it was faith based.

Too much angst

This one was too much about an ex, child custody, and the anguish of misunderstanding and disappointment. It was painful. I prefer happier stories.
