I love Amy's simple yet life changing approach to change. No outside stimuli required. It is so empowering to know that I create the life that I see in front of me. No one made me me this way it just appeared that they did. This book helped me loosen my grip on the narrative of who I am and in doing so I have made room for all sorts of possibilities that were not available to me before because my certainty was blocking them. Insight based change shifting the way we think about anything naturally changes everything. It's effortless and awareness is all you need to go along this journey. Great book
