very enlightening

Girlfriend and I were looking into how we could reach more human fulfillment. This book gave us a great starting point to build from.

Bleak.

Comprehensive, well written and thorough explanation. Objective and to the point.
Offers little hope for redemption. Your very nature as a human predisposes you to failure. That ill thought you just had about the road rage guy who cut you off on the interstate; ....negative Karma. Thich Nat Hanhs writings are more hopeful. Good luck.
