Patrick doesn’t even feel like they should be on the Hardgrave case. It is clear to everyone except her family what happened: She ran off with a visiting professor. Yet, as he learns more about her from her friends and family, he begins to doubt. Would Samantha have done something like that? And how come Kate is getting such a different picture of who Samantha was?

Enjoyable

Kate is on the job again trying to find out what happened to the Senator's daughter. The team does not agree on what has happened or how to go about getting her back, but they eventually come up with a plan are are able to put it in action. I received a copy to listen to, the review is mine.

Engaging mystery

This installment has a little heavier subject matter. A senator’s daughter goes missing, and Kate and the team have to find out if she ran off with a visiting professor or was kidnapped. I like the Christian messages in this one. I’m looking forward to listening to book 5! Recommended
