But, the beast-man, scorned and hunted, knows,

Without honor there is nothing, not even death.

So, driven by the only ghosts that matter, Huma and himself, Kaz alone faces the scourge.

After the defeat of the Dark Queen and the death of Huma Dragonbane, the most famous of the Knights of Solamnia, Kaz, the renegade minotaur, wanders through Krynn, telling the true tale of the land's most legendary hero, stalked by his enemies - a haunted soul, an outcast, a hero. But when Kaz hears rumors of evil incidents, he returns to warn the Knights of Solamnia - and is plunged into a dark nightmare of magic, danger and déjà vu.

This is my second favorite book...of course second only to The Legend of Huma! Richard Knaak is a very talented author!

Always Enjoyable!

Narrator’s voice acting is so bad, it made it hard to listen too. To bad such a great book had such a bad narrator.

Now I remember why I loved this book. It’s storytelling is superb and every book is better with a kender.
