What a story!!!

This book at first was a difficult listen with some of the subjects the went into! I ended up loving it!! The life of a daughter in the mob! She is so unsure of herself and who she can trust! Very excited for part 2.

Keeping Her

Keeping Her is the first book in the Keep Me Series. This book is told from multiple points of view from Lucian, Adeline, and Giovanni.

Adeline has had a very sheltered past with a very high-up father in the mafia world. She is to be married to Giovanni. However, Giovanni has a secret and sells her to Lucian to lose her virginity.

Lucian buys virgins due to a rough past, but they are always willing, and he pays them quite well and sends them on their way. However, when Adeline shows up at Lucians, she fights at every turn. He's never met anyone like her, and he wants her like no other woman.

Will Lucian learn that she isn't one of the willing ones? Will Adeline learn who put her up to her kidnapping? Will Lucian and Adeline end up falling for each other?

I really enjoyed this book and all of the twists and turns. I can't wait to see what happens next with these characters!

Narrators we’re okay but story was too long too angsty got boring in the middle.

Twisted, suspenseful, corruption

This is my first book by Angela Snyder. While the book itself started slow IMO, it finished with a bang! Its deliciously dark and tantalizingly twisted. It ends with a HUGE cliffhanger, and Im not so patiently waiting for the release of book 2.

Dark and Twisted!

This was my first Angela Snyder's book, and definitely won't be my last! This is the first book in the Keep Me series, a Dark Romance. Wow! Lucien and Adeline's story is captivating, sizzling, and passionate. Lucien is a complex and enigmatic character, dark, dominant, and revengeful. His past definitely is horrific. His abusive childhood results in an obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Adeline is such a sweet character, strong and kind, but innocent, and naive. She is the daughter of a powerful mafia king. Adeline's fiancé Giovanni is such an awful and disloyal character. Lucien's cousin Jackson is a great and intriguing character. I liked the twists and turns. The world building is enthralling. The story ends with a big cliffhanger, and I can't wait to listen to Saving Him the second and last book in Lucien and Adeline's story. Stephen Borne and Auri Alden are both new narrators to me. They both have a great voice, very pleasant to listen to. I liked their voices together. They are perfect as Lucien and Adeline. #TheFlock
