Good job by Corver Smith and Rory Young. I enjoyed getting the information I needed about the ketogenic diet. This is one of the best books out there, simply because it's not trying to sell you on the ketogenic diet as the most wonderful, best diet ever.

Instead, it points out the differences between this one and other diets, the benefits but also the downsides. It points out all the side effects you might have to face when you're cutting carbs from your daily foods, whcih can be good or bad, depending on the person. So yeah, I like when a guide is honest and isn't just supporting a big fad but instead, truly tries to help people live a healthier life.

That's why I thought 5 stars was appropriate.
