Loved this book. It’s science heavy and very clear on why whole food eating is the way to optimal health. One of my favourites on Ketosis done correctly. Inflammation is the leading cause of all illness. When you clean it up you are lean, healthy and your brain is functioning at much higher levels.

I recommend this book to my clients when we discuss healthy bodies that last a lifetime. Seeing the body as a whole recognizes not only how we eat and what it governs but how to remove the other toxins we encounter on a daily basis.

I can understand a little green but no meat.. I tried this diet for a week felt tired .. ate a streak and boom:)

After reading the Plant Paradox and Genius Foods, Dr. Will puts it all together with Ketotarian. Thank you Dr. Cole for sharing your knowledge and experience!
