In depth understanding of Covid-19 !

Loved this audio book! This helped me understand Covid-19s impact on my immune system and how to fortify it. They use great analogies that made it easy to understand how your body reacts to the virus. Easy to understand for everyone in my family. This audiobook option made it easy to learn even on our busy days. Definitely recommend!

Understandable and Effective

With all of the different sources, perspectives, and conflicts of interest in regard to the covid-19 pandemic, it is nice to have a reliable, straightforward text to learn from. These doctors did a wonderful job explaining the virus in lament terms that make sense. In addition, their approach to fortifying the immune system isn't riddled with ties to for-profit pharmaculture and drugs, rather it's detailed with foundational supplements and vitamins essential to the natural building blocks that support our health.

An easy, but informational, on-the-go read!!!

If you are too busy to actually sit down and read, this audible book is right for you! There have been days where I did not feel like sitting at my desk, or days I wanted to listen to this book while driving, so having this audible book easily accessible to me definitely helped. Kick Covid-19 to the Curb provides all of the right most and effective information on the COVID-19 virus. This virus is not going away any time soon, so having a book that you can heavily rely to give you accurate information is much appreciate. It provides a basic outline of what COVID-19 is and how it originated. It then goes into a deeper dive of our immune systems and how our body is our castle that we want to fight for and protect!

Entertaining and Informative!

This audiobook was a really great listen and explained the COVID-19 pandemic and our body’s natural defenses in an entertaining and easy to understand way. The analogy to chess helped simplify the various parts of the immune system and I am particularly grateful for the section on ways to enhance the immune system! Highly recommend!!

Very educational and easy to understand!

Kick Covid-19 to the Curb did an amazing job teaching me about the complex COVID-19 Virus. By using analogies I could understand, I now know how the virus attacks the body. Plus, it gave me tips on how to protect my immune system from the virus.
