Narrator sounds like a robot, I cannot listen to this. Mispronounces things left and right, annoying monotone, doesn't seem to know where commas are. Book might be well written but it is impossible to listen to with this reader.

Easily the worst narration I have heard on an Audible book.

The book certainly tells more about Patton than does O'Reilly's book. It's told as if written by a wartime correspondent with some interesting insights. There are also far too many unsupported conclusions. I have not read many other books about Patton so I don't know either this book's accuracy or level of scholarship. Unfortunately it suffers from a typical journalist's superficiality.

The narration is the worst I have heard on audible.com. The narrator's phrasing is terrible. He mispronounces an incredible number of words. The narration is so bad that it is distracting from the story. Read the book if the story interests you. Do not bother to listen to the recording.

Interesting story; terrible production

I cannot recommend this book. The narrator was so very poor; he had trouble even pronouncing words. It was terrible.

A Very Poor Reader

The reader's speaking cadence was so distracting that my wife could only finish 1.5 chapters. Really wanted to hear this story but couldn't focus. Going to try to get our credit back when we return from our trip. Three star story rating is only because this rating app would not allow me to leave it blank.

Couldn't Listen to It
