I loved this so much!!

I absolutely loved this. This is a marriage in trouble romance. It was so good. The narrators were fantastic, I highly recommend the audio.

MARRIAGE IN CRISIS!

Ever since meeting Dominic and Alessandra, i knew they would be interesting and i’m so glad we got their story!! They’ve been married for 10 years but Dominic has cared more about money and building his empire he forgot that Alessandra has felt broken in the marriage for years! I do wish we got more groveling from Dom though, i wanted him to be submissive to Alessandra and prove how hopelessly in love he was. It lacked some story and character depth in my opinion but the spice was great, as always. I enjoyed this and absolutely adored the narrators so much, they made it so entertaining!

Her Voice

I loved her voice I felt like it matched exactly what I was thinking for her. I felt like his voice was a more nasally constraint. I just couldn’t follow it haha. Overall, I enjoyed the book. This is my second second-chance romance and I’m still getting a feel for the trope.

Teddy and Vanessa are Fantastic

King of Greed is the marriage in crisis trope. I will admit this isn’t one of my favorite tropes, but I enjoyed this book..

I really liked Alessandra, and I, especially liked that she had the spine to leave Dominic. She really stood up for herself, though she did maybe give in a little too easily. She tried to stand her ground. Dominic got more likable as the story went on, though I think he did need to do a little more groveling than he did.

The audiobook was fantastic. Teddy Hamilton did a fantastic job as Dominic. Vanessa Vasquez was wonderful as Alessandra. They both brought these characters to life and the angst these two conveyed. It was perfect!
