The content is wonderful. This is a classic on fasting from a person who knows and has experienced the power of fasting and prayer. A highly esteemed teacher in the Body of Christ. It does create a desire and hunger to know God personally. So it has achieved the author's objective.

basic beginners fasting book

I expected this book to be deeper since it came highly recommended by a church friend but it didn't teach me anything new just solidified what I already knew. the reader is very flatline too with no emotion and that's difficult to listen to. it was an okay book but I would just read it instead.
