Krishna and the Giant Umbrella

In the village of Vrindavana, young Krishna is known for his playful tricks and his love for all living things. One day, he notices his father, Nanda Maharaja, preparing a grand sacrifice for Indra, the mighty king of heaven who commands the rain. But Krishna has a different idea. Instead of Indra, he suggests they honor Govardhana Hill, the beautiful mountain that provides lush grass for the cows and fresh water for the village.

Nanda Maharaja, trusting his son's wisdom, agrees, and the villagers prepare a delicious feast for Govardhana Hill. They decorate their cows with garlands and offer prayers of gratitude to the mountain. But high above, the proud Indra watches with growing fury. How dare they ignore him, the great king of heaven!

To punish the villagers for their defiance, Indra unleashes a terrible storm upon Vrindavana. Torrential rain falls from the sky, the wind howls like a wild beast, and the floodwaters rise, threatening to sweep away everything in their path. The villagers and their beloved cows tremble in fear. What will become of them?

But the brave and clever Krishna knows just what to do. Using his amazing strength, a gift from the gods, Krishna does something incredible...
