First the virtual voice is mind numbing and soul crushing, thank god the run time was under ten minutes. Second I am not sure what the purpose of this seven minute 'essay' (?) even is. I thought this would be a brief, yet interesting, exposé on the struggles of a small restaurateur but ended up being nothing more than random thoughts of a person with no understanding of the restaurant industry with the only connection to the business they were commenting on being that they walked through the doors.
