Lex and Mercy

This is Lex and Mercy’s book. They’ve been childhood friends and continue their friendship throughout their lives.

However Lexington Montgomery has never been lucky in love every time he thinks he’s found his happily ever after he ends up being the one right before their HEA.

Mercy is dealing with her own issues and grief and loss trying to just keep it together. Fate sometimes has a way of giving people just what they need.

Overall, highly enjoyable and page turning. Including a HEA.

Utterly addicted to the series

How can we already be in book #9 of the Montgomery Ink Legacy. Every one of these stories have been so amazing. And they just keep getting better and better. I am completely and utterly addicted to this entire series.

𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is the 9th book in the Montgomery Ink Legacy series by Carrie Ann Ryan, featuring a fake relationship romance for former friends Lexington and Mercy. I have been waiting for Lex to finally get his chance at a HEA, and this book did not disappoint! I was hooked by the emotional prologue and further captivated by every heat-filled glance, Montgomery family antic and banter exchange, and shocking twist and turn that came along!! I absolutely adored the fact that Mercy was a voice actor! This might actually be my first main character with that job, and I’ve read a ton of books! I enjoyed the flow of the plot and the way the fake relationship came about. Their chemistry was phenomenal, although it took awhile for them to find time together without interruptions🤪, the payoff was so fiery!! I sat up and took notice of Lex and his dirty talker side!😍🔥 The holiday vibe gave the Montgomery family an extra opportunity to show Mercy how they take care of their own. Once you’re in, you’re in, and I love that about this family. What’s not to love when a story represents healing and finding love and family with a side of suspense? Be ready for some emotion, too! I cannot wait for the next book!!

I went back for the audio today, and Jason Clarke and Rose Dioro blew me away with their performance! From the emotion to the banter to the passion, it was all excellent! But seriously, Jason Clarke in dirty talker mode was straight fire!!🥵🫠 Don’t miss this story!

Amazing friends to lovers romance

I received this as an arc/alc from the author and I’m voluntarily leaving my honest review.

This was an amazing friends to lovers/ fake relationship romance. It was definitely a new favorite of mine from this author. The story was so well written and it was hard to put it down. This was Lexington’s story and I have been waiting to read his story for a while now and it was even better than I expected. Mercy was just the perfect match for him and though they had a few bumps along the way, they got a satisfying HEA.

Audiobook review: This was a joy to listen to. I absolutely adored the narration, it made the story come to life in such a satisfying way. Both the male and female narrators did an incredible job and were very well matched in the narration which I just really appreciate.

Lex and Mercy

An other fantastic addition to an already amazing series. Lex and Mercy are simply beautiful together. They did have some bumps in their journey but their destination is absolute perfection. I adored going on this emotional and heartwarming adventure with them.
