An intriguing story with believable characters

Peggy Kopman-Owens has done it again! Her extraordinary character and plot developments are described in Steve Ember's narration -- which is a true treat for the ears!
Kopman-Owens takes a conventional plot of people going missing -- and at least one dying -- during transportation -- in this case, by plane, and infuses interest into it by describing diverse, flawed characters and situations that give the story verisimilitude. Highest praise!
