A thought provoking view of the modern leader

This book hit really close to home. As a leader that has RLS (restless leg syndrome) the ability to be still physically and mentally is a challenge, to say the least. Sara perspective on action causes the reader face his or her's own cognitive dissonance when it comes to being truly effective. This is a must-read.

I liked the straight way that the book points the leadership change. Show there is know cook receipt but a call to action to behavior change

On point and we'll written

This book is a wonderfully clear, concise and useful set of recommendations for today's effective business leaderahip.

Food for thought but...

I felt that the thesis development for each new behavior wasn't backed up enough. There was a reasonable amount of hand waving and the conclusion is, shockingly, to think differently than your routines or habits to extract business value but do it judiciously. It fell flat in the usefulness factor.
